What kind of music would an AI create if it read stories?
“Lyric Tree” is a multimodal experimental project where short stories were fed to an AI for interpretation, leading to the composition of music and the generation of Python code.

Every track was produced using only “rough instructions” and “short stories” given to ChatGPT or Gemini. Digital Audio Workstation (DAW) use was minimal, limited to adjustments in timbre, volume, and tempo, and WAV conversion.

Otherwise, “the AI composed it by itself.”

How much “music-like” material can a user with no musical knowledge and a “heartless AI” create? And with almost no prompting at that!

「物語をAIに読ませたらどんな音楽を作るのか」
「Lyric Tree」は「短編小説」をAIに読み込ませて解釈を行わせ、
作曲、Pythonコードを生成したマルチモーダル実験プロジェクトです。

すべての楽曲はchatGPTやGeminiをへの「雑な指示」と「小説」のみで生成されています。
DAWを用いたのは音色や音量のテンポの変更、WAV変換程度。
それ以外は「AIが自分で考えて作曲しています」

音楽知識のないユーザーと、心を持たないAIはどれだけ音楽っぽいものを作れるのか！？
しかもプロンプトはほぼ使わずに！
