Guidelines for Individual Artist Releases

デモテープの送り先や連絡先、共有方法について

・デモテープ等を送りたい場合の連絡はtotecoro recordsのXのDMもしくはfendoapのxやインスタ等のDM宛にお願いします。

If you would like to send a demo tape or similar, please contact totecoro_records via DM on X or fendoap via DM on X or Instagram.

・当レーベルは個人で運営している小さなレーベルです。そのため、対応に時間がかかる場合があります。また、Bandcampのアカウントが個人アカウントのため、アーティストアカウントとの紐付けができない点ご了承ください。

This label is independently operated by an individual and small, so responses may take some time. Additionally, since the Bandcamp account is a personal account, it cannot be linked to an artist account.

音源ファイルの共有の方法についてはgoogle driveなどオンラインストレージやファイル共有サービスなどで共有リンクを作成してお送りください。

To share the audio files, please create a sharing link using online storage or file sharing services such as Google Drive and send it to us.

・ジャンル問わずさまざまな音やコンセプト、表現の作品を受け付けています。幅広いジャンルや表現の作品を受け付けています。

リリース作品についてこちらから確認できます。リリース作品の傾向に関わらず幅広いジャンルを歓迎していますのでお気軽に。

You can check out our releases here. We welcome a wide range of genres, regardless of the type of release, so please feel free to contact us.

公序良俗に反する内容、極端な差別・暴力を助長する表現、または道徳的・社会的に許容されない内容を含む作品はお断りする場合がありますが、これに該当しない限り、幅広いジャンルや表現の作品を受け付けています。

We may refuse works that contain content that violates public order and morals, promotes extreme discrimination or violence, or includes expressions that are morally or socially unacceptable. However, as long as they do not fall into these categories, we accept works from a wide range of genres and expressions.

リリース形態と収益分配について

・リリース形態はBandcampでの販売とします。
Release Format: Sales will be conducted exclusively through Bandcamp.

・収益は1年間の収益を70:30でアーティストとレーベルで分割します。管理が難しいため1年間を期間としてそれ以降はレーベルの運営費とさせてください。

Revenue Sharing: The revenue will be split 70:30 between the artist and the label for one year. After this period, all earnings will be allocated to the label’s operational costs due to management limitations.

・収益はpaypal経由で送ります。paypalのメールアドレスを教えてください。リリース後1ヶ月前後に1回送金し、その後は3ヶ月ほどおきに数回送金することを予定しています。

Revenue will be sent via PayPal. Please provide your PayPal email address. The first payment will be made approximately one month after the release, followed by additional payments every three months for a few cycles.

• リリースの価格はアーティストが自由に設定できます。(最低価格$1~)
  ただName your priceでの配布は月間ダウンロード数（200）の制限があり、そのダウンロード数はコンピレーション用に確保しておきたいので最低価格は$1以上とさせてください。
  参考として、以下の価格帯を目安としてみてください。
  シングル（1曲）: $1～$3
  EP（3～5曲）: $2～$8
  アルバム（6曲以上）: $3～$10
• Artists can freely set their release price.

However, there is a monthly download limit (200) for distribution under Name your price, and I would like to reserve that limit for compilations, so the minimum price must be $1 or more.

As a guideline, please refer to the following price ranges:
Single (1 track): $1 – $3
EP (3–5 tracks): $3 – $8
Album (6+ tracks): $4 – $10

音源のフォーマットについて

・音源フォーマットは16bit/44.1kHz or 24bit/48kHz wav形式とします。
Audio Format: The required format is16bit/44.1kHz or 24bit/48kHz WAV.

・音源がマスタリング済みかどうかお知らせください。
Please let us know if the audio source has been mastered.

・マスタリング済みの音源の用意をお願いします。
Mastering: Please provide fully mastered audio files.

・もしくはこちらで簡易マスタリングを行うこともできます。
ゲイン処理→軽微なEQ→コンプ処理→リミッター処理になります。
totecoroが行う場合のマスタリング費用は無料です。

・Alternatively, we can also do simple mastering here. The process will be gain processing→light EQ → compression → limiter .
Mastering services provided by totecoro are free of charge.

アルバムアートワークについて

・アルバムアートワークの用意をお願いします。
Album Artwork: Artwork must be prepared by the artist.

アートワークはbandcampのフォーマットに沿ってご用意ください。
Artwork is provided in accordance with the bandcamp format.

アートワークは自由な形で作成いただいて大丈夫です。
You can create artwork using the free style.

もしくは

正方形の画像(jpg or png)をいただいたらアルバムタイトル名　アーティスト名を入れてtotecoro recordsの簡易テンプレートアートワークで作成することもできます。totecoro recordsが作成する場合の依頼費用などは無料です。

Or

If you provide us with a square image (jpg or png), we can create it using totecoro records’ simple template artwork, adding the album title and artist name.There are no fees for requesting jacket design services from totecoro records.

リリーススケジュールとプロモーションについて

・リリーススケジュールは固定ではなく、各音源やアートワークが揃い次第、順次リリースが可能です。スケジュールに空きがあれば、最短2～3日でリリースできます。

The release schedule is not fixed, and releases can proceed as soon as all necessary materials, such as audio and artwork, are ready. If our schedule allows, the release can be made in as little as 2 to 3 days.

・プロモーションについて　
　XやInstagramなどのSNSでリリースの告知を行います。
また、FendoapのYouTubeチャンネルでショート動画などの告知を行う場合があります。2分以内のMVやショート動画があれば、お送りいただければご紹介できる可能性があります。

・Promotion:
We will announce the release on Instagram and other social media platforms.
Additionally, short promotional videos may be posted on Fendoap’s YouTube channel. If you have an MV or a short video (within 2 minutes), please send it to us, and we may feature it.

作品の帰属について

・作品の権利は各アーティストに帰属します。他レーベルで並行リリース、またはサブスクリリースは自由に行なって大丈夫です。

Rights: All rights to the works belong to the respective artists.
Distribution: Artists are free to release their works simultaneously with other labels or on subscription services.

用意するもの

・音源wavファイル(48kHz 24bit)と Google ドライブ等の音源の共有リンク

・音源がマスタリング済みかどうかについて

・曲数、作品タイトル名、曲名の情報。

・アルバムのページに載せる文章とアーティスト概要の文章。

・アートワーク画像

・リリースの価格設定

・売上の振り込み先のpaypalのメールアドレス
